We are committed to promoting a safer working environment for our workforce, at all levels.

We listen to our staff, take on board comments and suggestions on how we can improve the working environment and discuss changes with their suggestions in mind.

Close calls are actively encouraged and rewarded.

Close calls can be raised on-line or electronically via the company-issued tablets.

A reward is giving monthly, to the individuals who raise the most ’close calls’. The close calls are monitored by Senior Management to determine effects and long-term solutions.
